קול קורא להגשת מועמדויות – יו״ר חבר הנאמנים
אוניברסיטת תל אביב
יו"ר חבר הנאמנים הנוכחית של אוניברסיטת תל אביב מסיימת תקופת כהונה ראשונה, ובהתאם לחוקת האוניברסיטה רשאית להמשיך לכהונה נוספת.
ועדת האיתור למינוי יו״ר חבר הנאמנים, בראשות עו״ד מאיר לינזן, מזמינה מועמדות ומועמדים מתאימים להגיש מועמדותם לתפקיד.
חבר הנאמנים הוא הגוף העליון של האוניברסיטה. יו״ר חבר הנאמנים עומד/ת בראשו, מוביל/ה את עבודתו, מנהל/ת את ישיבותיו ומקדם/ת את יעדיו האסטרטגיים של המוסד ואת קשריו עם קהילות ידידים ותומכים בארץ ובעולם.
לתפקיד זה נדרשים/ות:
• איש/אשת ציבור בעל/ת ניסיון הנהגתי וניהולי בכיר
• יכולת הובלה אסטרטגית וראייה מערכתית רחבה
• ניסיון משמעותי בזירה הציבורית/עסקית/אקדמית/תרבותית
• יכולת לייצג מוסד ציבורי מרכזי ולקדם שיתופי פעולה רחבים
• ניסיון בפעילות פילנתרופית והובלה של ארגונים ללא כוונת רווח, לרבות עבודה עם קהילות תומכים וידידים בארץ ובעולם
עיקרי התפקיד:
• הובלת פעילות חבר הנאמנים וניהול ישיבותיו
• ייזום סדר יום וקידום יעדי החבר
• השתתפות והובלה של ועדות איתור ומנגנוני מינוי בכירים
• ייצוג חבר הנאמנים כלפי הנהלת האוניברסיטה ובזירה הציבורית
תקופת כהונה:
• ארבע (4) שנים, עם אפשרות לכהונה נוספת בהתאם לחוקה
מבקשי מועמדות, או מציעי מועמדים מתאימים, מתבקשים להגיש קורות חיים בצירוף מסמך קצר (עד 3 עמודים) המתאר את ההתאמה לתפקיד, עד לתאריך 29.6.2026 לכתובת tauboard@tauex.tau.ac.il. ועדת האיתור רשאית לפנות למועמדים בבקשה למידע נוסף.

Call for Nominations – Chair of the Board of Governors
Tel Aviv University
The current Chair of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University is completing her first term and, in accordance with the University’s constitutions, is eligible for reappointment for another 4-year term.
The Search Committee for the Chair of the Board of Governors, chaired by Adv. Meir Linzen, invites qualified candidates to submit their nominations for this position.
The Board of Governors is the University’s highest governing body. The Chair of the Board provides leadership to the Board’s work, presides over its meetings, helps shape the University’s strategic direction, and strengthens its relationships with Friends Associations, supporters, and stakeholders in Israel and around the world.
Qualifications
• Distinguished leadership and management experience in public, business, academic, philanthropic, or cultural spheres
• Demonstrated strategic vision and the ability to lead complex organizations and initiatives
• Broad experience in governance, public service, or institutional leadership
• Strong ability to represent a leading academic institution and foster meaningful partnerships and collaborations
• Experience in philanthropy and leadership of nonprofit organizations, including engagement with communities of supporters and friends in Israel and internationally
Key Responsibilities
• Leading the work of the Board of Governors and chairing its meetings
• Setting priorities, shaping agendas, and advancing the Board’s objectives
• Participating in and leading search committees and senior appointment processes, as required
• Representing the Board in its engagement with University leadership, Friends Associations, supporters, and external stakeholders
Term of Office
• Four (4) years, with the possibility of reappointment for an additional term in accordance with the University’s bylaws
Candidates, or individuals wishing to nominate a suitable candidate, are invited to submit a curriculum vitae together with a brief statement (up to three pages) outlining the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and vision for the role, by 29.6.2026 to: tauboard@tauex.tau.ac.il.
