New York Times journalist, renowned author, reporter, and columnist Mr. Thomas Friedman in an interview with Lucy Aharish as part of Tel Aviv University Board of Governors events. In the interview, Mr. Friedman discussed the options available to the State of Israel in the wake of the events of October 7, the relationship between Israel and the Diaspora, the media coverage of the war and the emphasis on it compared to the Russia-Ukraine war, the terrorist attack at the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, and developments over the years in the Arab world regarding internal relations and attitudes toward Israel.
